PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Client-side project management is a key component to our business, and we offer project management services throughout the project lifecycle, from inception, planning approvals, design development, procurement, construction delivery, and through to commissioning, & handover.

We combine our years of experience, industry knowledge, and our collaborative hands-on involvement to provide a bespoke and specialised service for each project.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT

We understand complexities of projects, and we also understand the importance of design to a client, and the consultant team.  We have a strong ability to manage the design process from the beginning through to the end of the project.  Our depth of experience and straightforward approach allows us to recognise what’s valuable in a design, foresee and investigate any risks or issues, and implement changes needed to help continue with the project and ensure the compliance with the design concept and the vision of the client and the designers.

We are commercially astute and will always have the budget in mind during the design process, as we always believe it is best to tackle any changes during the design stage, as this will be the most cost-effective method.   We also understand that things do change over time, so any requirement for value engineering exercises can be accommodated, to help steer the project’s design (and budget) in the right direction.

We understand that costs are generally a major constraint of a project, and that clients are very cautious of expenditure.  Cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting are fundamental aspects of our services to help control and safeguard the client’s commercial interests throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Being able to confidently manage and provide real and up-to-date financial information is an important service that is valued by clients, as it provides them the confidence in the team that the project is being managed successfully.

And through our years of experience in the industry, we have extensive experience and knowledge in negotiating and administering a variety of contacts such as D&C, construct only, PDAs, ground leases, AFLs, joint venture agreements, sales contracts, on both client side and contractor side.
