Jano Yousseph Director

Jano, along with her husband Paul, founded JPY Group 18 years ago, and has had an extensive career in the construction industry in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Seattle, USA. Jano has a wealth of experience in many areas including stakeholder and client management, developing and managing high performing design development teams, and influencing and leading project teams.

Jano’s 34-year career has seen her work in all facets of the construction process which has provided Jano with a great ability to solve problems and to “think outside the box”.

Jano has a strong ability to communicate at all levels, ranging from Management Boards and Senior Management Teams to work colleagues, consultants, and subcontractors. She has proven team leadership abilities, with ability to drive team members (both internal and external) creating a rapport with all stakeholders to deliver the outcomes of a project.

Paul Yousseph Director

Paul, along with his wife Jano, founded JPY Group 18 years ago, and has had an extensive career in the property industry in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Seattle, USA.

Paul has extensive development and infrastructure leadership experience, leading teams across the world to successful outcomes. Paul has previously been parachuted into distressed projects in Australia and USA providing him with the necessary to implement a “solutions focused” strategy.

Paul has successfully lead development and construction teams on some of Australia’s largest and complex mixed-use developments through feasibility, planning, financing, design, sales & marketing, procurement, delivery, and handover.

Asset types on which Paul has led major projects include; CBD commercial office, large transport infrastructure, hotels, precinct development, mixed use developments, and residential apartments.

Paul has a wealth of experience in many areas including stakeholder and client management, developing and managing high performing teams, and has a strong ability to communicate at all levels, including Management Boards and Senior Management Teams.

Alex Azzouni Project Manager / Design Manager

Alex has 30 years’ experience in design, documentation, and coordination, taking a major role in coordination of engineering and technical consultants’ input to projects.

Alex has great experience as health project professional with over 30 years of experience in managing and reviewing health initiatives, particularly within the context of the Australian and international Health Facility Guidelines “AUS HFG & IHFG”. Proven track record in developing, implementing, and evaluating health programs that enhance efficiency and compliance with industry standards especially “AUS HFG”. Strong analytical, Communication, and Leadership skills, with a commitment to driving improvements in Healthcare delivery.

Dianne Sande Office Administrator

Dianne joined JPY Group in 2021 after a successful 35-year career working in logistics, retail, and customer service as an accomplished manager, and retail buyer.

Dianne is an enthusiastic person and is known for her creativity with a hands-on approach. Her attention to detail and willingness to learn has always been a strength of hers to challenge and learn as she progresses. Her experience in customer service, detailed orientated approach, and administrative support makes her the perfect fit in the JPY team.

Dianne provides office support to the JPY team and ensures smooth running of the business. Her duties include coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, and assisting with project administration.
