Paul, along with his wife Jano, founded JPY Group 18 years ago, and has had an extensive career in the property industry in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Seattle, USA.
Paul has extensive development and infrastructure leadership experience, leading teams across the world to successful outcomes. Paul has previously been parachuted into distressed projects in Australia and USA providing him with the necessary to implement a “solutions focused” strategy.
Paul has successfully lead development and construction teams on some of Australia’s largest and complex mixed-use developments through feasibility, planning, financing, design, sales & marketing, procurement, delivery, and handover.
Asset types on which Paul has led major projects include; CBD commercial office, large transport infrastructure, hotels, precinct development, mixed use developments, and residential apartments.
Paul has a wealth of experience in many areas including stakeholder and client management, developing and managing high performing teams, and has a strong ability to communicate at all levels, including Management Boards and Senior Management Teams.
