Two-storey office refurbishment including new meeting rooms on ground floor, new lighting (incl. fittings and rewiring), replacement mechanical on ground floor, security, data cabling, AV equipment, sprinkler modifications, new DDA compliant access along the side of the building, new floor finishes (in certain areas), and new zip-tap to the first-floor kitchen.
As Project Manager & Superintendent / Contract Administrator, Fred led the design process, CDC process, produced the scope of works, contractor and furniture procurement, and management the works, contract, and contractor on site.
The project was completed in 2022.
