The Ribbon is a 25-storey hotel and serviced apartment development that will also deliver a modern new premises for the IMAX theatre, which used to occupy the current site, together with significant upgrades to the surrounding public realm.


The redevelopment is in the heart of Darling Harbour and will create a spectacular waterfront experience, providing enhanced ground level activation, improved sightlines over the Harbour and pedestrian links across Cockle Bay and from the Harbour through to Darling Quarter.

Our Role


Paul was the Development Director for the DA approval and re-use approval, Hotel Owner and Operator Transaction and initial delivery of the 5-Star Hotel, whilst Jano, was the Senior Design Manager responsible for the initial fitout design of the entire hotel complex.
