St Luke’s Grammar School is a prestigious Anglican school on the north-shore.  Jano worked as a project manager for a Design and Construct Builder and was responsible for delivering the refurbishment and construction of several buildings in the school.  This included refurbishment of the school auditorium, construction of a new student classrooms and associated facilities, external works including landscaping and new carparking areas.  Jano work closely with the School Principal and Board to develop the brief / scope alongside the architects.

 

Jano then engaged the rest of the design team to fully design the project and led the construction team through the actual works on site.  This was an extremely successful project with the school staff and parents hosting a celebratory function for the Building Contractor.  Refurbishment and construction of several buildings in the school.

Jano was acting as Project Manager working on the Building Contractors side, responsible for the design and delivery of the project.
