JPY worked alongside PwC Head of Property to design and construct 12,000sqm of high-end client floor fitout in Barangaroo.

Our role also involved working with the builders to re-vamp a recently completed fitout of the practice floors of 25,000sqm to incorporate specific business needs.

The project was completed in 2018.

JPY were responsible for developing scope of works for consultants, sending out tender packages and engaging a successful consultant team. She also developed a tender package for the building contractor and appointed successful contractors.

The successful delivery of this project has led to the client extending JPY’s contract to completing another.
