The Melrose Park South Development applies to two sites (West and East) within the southern portion of the Melrose Park South Precinct within the Parramatta LGA.  New planning controls for the Melrose Park South Development will deliver approximately 1,925 additional dwellings, over 25,700sqm of new public open space and a minimum 1,000sqm of non-residential floor space.

OUR ROLE

 

Fred is the Project Manager taking the development through the following phases:

_Infrastructure DA

_Design Competition (for 3 buildings)

_2 x SSDA applications for each site; West, and East
