The refurbishment of the John Holland reception in the Sydney office, including new flooring, ceiling, reception desk, mail room, back of house area, and joinery walls.
As Project Manager & Superintendent / Contract Administrator, Fred led the design amendments, contractor and furniture procurement, and management the works, contract, and contractor on site.
The project was completed in 2022.
