Bond One, 20 Windmill Street, Walsh Bay, is an AMP Capital project, led by Jano, which consisted of the following works: ground floor lobby area upgrade, level 3 lobby upgrade, male and female bathroom refurbishments to 6 no. floors, internal finishes upgrade to 5 no. passenger lifts, and the construction of a new end of trip facility in the basement carpark area.
