An initial Master plan was undertaken in 2021 to identify some potential development opportunities within the All Saints School campuses in South Western Sydney

Paul provided Development Advisory services by undertaking a due diligence exercise on the previous masterplan and working with Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney (CAS) and Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) during Phase 1 to prepare an executive investment paper which evaluates the potential development pathways along with high level feasibilities with key assumptions and risks.

Phase 2 will be to seek a DA Approval and identify potential development partners and tenants.
