The development is the construction of a 13-storey commercial building with ground floor retail premises, 4 levels of basement car parking and associated landscaping.

Our Role

 

We were appointed as Project and Design Managers and were appointed after the original DA was granted.  We have been involved in the detail development process, construction certificate approvals, discharge of DA conditions, and four s4.55 applications to document and approve changes during the design development stages.

 

With the significant amount of European and Aboriginal heritage located in the Parramatta region, we also liaised with Heritage NSW and led the team through the AHIP process.

 

We have been dealing with Great River City Light Rail (GRCLR) and have negotiated multiple deed polls, and extensions, as necessary, for access along the Macquarie St footpath.

 

The project is due to be completed in Q4 2023.
