The development includes the construction of a 59-storey hotel and commercial office tower. Which is constrained by the existing City, Southwest Tunnel as well as the new City, West Tunnel.


Paul is the Development Director for this major development and is currently working through the SSDA approval.

Two tower levels accommodating restaurant, bar, back of house and a landscaped terrace at level 57.
