The site is currently occupied by a 5-storey commercial office building, a ground floor health facility, and both at-grade and basement carparking.
JPY were responsible for engaging all the consultants to develop DA documentation, which sought consent for the adaptive reuse of and alterations and additions to the existing commercial building to include:
_Partial demolition and adaptive reuse of the existing 5 storey commercial building and basement
_Construction of 5 additional storeys (totalling 10 storeys); which will accommodate 48 ILUs and rooftop communal open space
_Ground floor residential amenities including a pool, gym, and theatre
_Ground floor commercial space
_Car parking spaces across the basement and at-grade
_Associated landscaping works
