A new build 5 floor, 150,000 sqft (approx. 13,900sqm) Grade A office space built for Elekta (a global pioneer in the treatment of cancers, whose oncology products are designed and primarily built in Crawley, UK), including full CAT B fit out, and a 387-space multistorey car park.
As Project Manager and Contract Administrator, Fred led the project post planning consent to completion, managing the contract, consultants, end user, and contractor on site.
The project was completed in 2018.
